J. Terry Kennedy, J.D., is the President of Fidelity Land Title Agency of Cincinnati, Inc. Terry is also a shareholder in the law firm of Kennedy & Kennedy Co., LPA focusing his legal practice in the areas of real estate and small business law. He graduated from Andrews University in 1976 with a B.A. degree, and graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1979 with a J.D. degree. Terry has practiced real property law for over twenty years and frequently serves as a lecturer in continuing education for real estate professionals. He is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio Land Title Association and the Southwest Ohio Land Title Association.
