Justin A. Beard, J.D., is the Title Attorney and Co-Manager of Fidelity Land Title Agency of Cincinnati, Inc., and an Associate Member of Kennedy & Kennedy Co., LPA. Justin practices in the areas of Real Estate Law and Small Business Law. He graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2005 with a Juris Doctorate. Justin has been involved the title insurance business since 1993. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio Land Title Association, the Southwest Ohio Land Title Association, and the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy.
