Fidelity Land Title Agency of Cincinnati, Inc. is a privately hald corporation that began operations in February of 1988 after purchasing the assets of a well established company. Fidelity is managed and operated by two attorneys, J. Terry Kennedy and Sherri Murphy Kennedy. Both are licensed in ohio and Sherri is licensed in Kentucky.
