Fidelity Land Title Agency of Cincinnati, Inc. is a privately held corporation that began operations in February of 1988 after purchasing the assets of a well established company. Fidelity’s primary shareholders are two attorneys, J. Terry Kennedy and Sherri Murphy Kennedy. Both are licensed in Ohio and Sherri is licensed in Kentucky. They have devoted their practice to real estate law and managing title operations servicing Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan since 1979.
